On Thursday, June 24, Youth Futures children from the Rambam School in Akko visited the senior citizens home for two magical hours that lit up the home with excitement.

The children worked on an art project with their friends at the home, which they then presented with pride to visitors from the IDB Group that arrived in Akko that day.

The children then went up to another ward and gave a wonderful performance to their audience, and drew everyone into a sing-along.

A member of the staff at the home, who participated cheerfully in the visit, sent the Jewish Agency warm thanks: "our members were delighted with the singing and the children's performance… Yishar Koach!"

We hope to continue giving back to the community, through strengthening these ties and enjoying the satisfaction in being a part of a warm, supportive community.
